hey buddy , have 3 times juice per day, lots of eggs,and last but not the least ....to build ur self huge ,go to gym 4 days week......drink beer aleast 3 times for week.. have red meat.. and dont over execerise... and be carefull about the red meat in summer......take every day soyabeen dry,desi chana pani main gala kar and eggs and butter,i know it is common items but it is true for my self and aproove
