Which type of exercise should the pregnant ladies should not do during 7th month of the pregnancy period?

Exercise like weight lifting , running ,push ups etc should not be done in anytime during pregnacy . Heavy excercise is not good for pregnant woman . It may cause abortion. Also it may damage the spine as it is already have some pressure due to the extra weight of the baby .
