The solution that comes out of the penis is precum as rightly mentioned that only pressing your penis against the vagina does not cause pregnancy the penis has to be inserted in the vagina and proper ejaculation of semen in the womens vagina has to take place to cause pregnancy.

The solution, you are referring to, which comes out of the penis is the precum. Sometimes a few sperms are present in this precum. Only one sperm is enough to make a woman pregnant. In your case, as you mentioned, the penis was just pressed against the vagina, the possibility of pregnancy is very very remote. So, relax dude and enjoy life.
