Does the solution alone (not semen)that comes from penis while just getting erectile cause pregnany, if just pressed against vagina for 7sec n not inserted in?

The solution that comes out of the penis is precum as rightly mentioned that only pressing your penis against the vagina does not cause pregnancy the penis has to be inserted in the vagina and proper ejaculation of semen in the womens vagina has to take place to cause pregnancy.

The solution that comes out of the penis is precum as rightly mentioned that only pressing your penis against the vagina does not cause pregnancy the penis has to be inserted in the vagina and proper ejaculation of semen in the womens vagina has to take place to cause pregnancy....The solution, you are referring to, which comes out of the penis is the precum. Sometimes a few sperms are present in this precum
