99% you will not get pregnant since second day is the safe period. Did you have sex during the period time without protection? Or is it second day after the period stopped. Any way, since you have taken the pill, do not worry. Stay relaxed.

Safe Period: 7 days from the first day of period and 7 days before the due date of period are known to be safe period for unprotected sex. But, one cannot predict against nature. Any thing is possible.
