If she has got complete cure from the thyroid and having no other problem then there is no other reason for which she cannot conceive .

if your friend has normal Thyroid levels now then she will not have any problem in conceiving. She needs to be extra cautious as she might abort. If she has a further problem like increased prolactin levels then there can be a diffculty in conception. But both these conditions can be treated now & there can be a normal pregnancy but she will need monitoring throughout her nine months.
To sum up....She will not face any problem in conceiving.........

there are 100%sure chances that the thyroid get transfered to baby so before conceiving get it treated properly and when conceived get your fetus checked.
