Sorry that can't happen .Rather - the better term is U missed ur periods by one week - which is technically called 5 wks pregnancy.
Pregnancy Urinary test shud be done at the first instance to confirm pregnancy really exists or not. Better a Gynaecologist shud be consulted for the preblem u r facing.

There is nothing like one week pregnant. In normal case the pregnancy is confirmed only when you miss the period . in such case it is tested and confirmed after 10-15 days of period missing. by that time you are 6 week pregnant.
About your back pain do consult a good gynecologist. do not go for self medication.

i think you are in confuse may be it is over date, so you don't remember when, do check-up with any lady doctor to get confirm . if is that so then get treatment for back ache.
