Not at all as u r within the absolute safe time .2 nd day of periods is the best time of NOT GETTING PREGNANT by physiological means or rules.

No 7 days before and after the periods are considered as the safest time for unprotected sex so there is very little chances so dont worry about that wait for at least 15 days from due date of your periods and if you face any problem then take a urine test for pregnancy.
