you should be treated with antibiotic and should be cleared that you are out of the risk before you concieve for the next time

Rubella virus is responsible for German Measles and you can take immunization for this. Its good that you had miscarriage as this can infect the placenta and cause deformaties at birth including heart related deformities.
Cytomegalic Virus : it infects almost 40 % adults in US and unfortunately there is no cure. You need to maintain proper hygeine like wash your hands properly at different intervals etc.
Its difficult to say if miscarriage is cause by this virus but definitely Rubella virus can be a cause.
Make sure you are clear of these two before you plan a pregnancy again.
