Semen not deposited within Vagina and non-penetration are by themselves against the chances of getting pregnant as these two processes are essential .Just stay relaxed and cool .

if no penis insertion into ur vagina thourgh u have found semen ejaculated out side ur vagina, then there is no possibility of pregnancy because these sperms needs to be very inside of vagina & not just at threshold.

There is an element of risk. Sperms are capable of swimming and entering the vagina even if you are a virgin. If it happens during your ovulation time,you may get pregnant.Sperms even escape in pre sex lubrication also.Ifyou do not get period on your due date, wait for ten days and get the urine pregnancy test done.
