tortoise in the Pet shops, this is because it is illegal to keep tortoise in India. To keep you away from Jail, advised not to keep Tortoise :DHowever if you still want to take risk you need to ask should have import certificate noc from customs etc. and the importer from where you are buying should have license to deal in turtles and he should provide copy of same to you .tortoise helps in keeping
