Hey , hi if you are looking to adopt a puppy, I would suggest try posting your requirement on classifieds. Last year I wanted to gift a puppy to my freind who is fond of pets. I posted an Ad on a site called www.quikr.com and got immediate replies.

You may also try this and I am sure you will get the best deal and options. Right now, I see many Posters selling their pets, u can jst try out the link and see if this helps u.
