guess till MARCH the RBI will not cut rates. SO prices are under pressure to come down in few areas....based on your position... without taking the credit from others your able to buy then its good.....YES...This is the right time to buy a house or flat in Bangalore, because the rates are lower now and you can expect rapid appreciation in coming years...no wait for naother 1 year the rate will come down...It depends
