Just file ur income tax return attaching that 16A certificate claiming refund of the deducted amount.

You fillup the amount of tds certificate in return form which you are file in income tax office. you claim extra amount for refund from income tax office.

why ibibo is asking to give a PAN number when u recieve a cheque..Ibibo is asking Pan number for getting your TDS(Tax Deducted at source) certificate which will be issued by ibibo ...

Collection Agency can claim only legally payable amount. If they claim excess, you can ask them explaination. However, whatever the amount you are admitting to be payable, shall have to be paid first. Then, you may ask clarification for the remaining amount that has been claimed by them....You definitely have rights in this manner.
