You can know your PAN card status online from this service. Normally it takes 3 weeks for them to dispatch the card but it can take upto 6 weeks as well (as in my case) and since I don't live on the address where the card was dispatched, it was important for me to know when will I get it. So that service to know your Pan card did come handy. It is saying the card has been dispatched on 12th Sept, so it should have arrived by now. I will update this post when I will get my PAN card :)
