how to get PAN CARD, if one doesnt have age proof ( like birth certficate )  

No issues regarding that. Your 10th Certificate can suffuce the purpose or if you have voter id card or passport, that is also a valid proof regarding age

birth date certificate is not necessary. only d. l., ration card, bank passsbook,water bill, passport, voter id you can use.

Not necessery to age proof or birth certificates, only u r graduation certificate is required for pan card. U can contact any pan card agent and talk to him,and one proof is required that is identification attached with your photo.

visit your nearest accountant he charged 150 rs. for PAN and not need birth proof if u give ur living certificate.

u r having ur class 10th marksheet,it can work as a birth proof.

hey dude its easy if u have got ur 10th class passing cetificate n ur ration card if u have n ur photographs.... thats it its so easy yar.

SSLC Mark list & Transfer Certificate issued by the school last studied are the other documents prove your age.
You may file a case before Court for registration of your birth with proof such as Horoscope, Deposition of Witnesses, Non-registration of birth certificate from the Municipality / corporation, etc. It will take some time for getting birth certificate in this way.

You may get your affidavit (affirming your date of birth in non-judicial stamp paper) duly attested by Tahsildar of your District for this purpose. It will help you.
