months sheddin it..I hope it works 4 u too..All the best.....well first check out are you suffering from thyroid problem because generally in heperthroidism individuals do not gain weight although they eat mutton etc. You have to take something in between your meals and the way to gain weight is to be always eating and eating. Best of luck....have banana shake everyday for good 2 months.. preferably big mugs

My weight is around 95 Kgs.. My height is 57... How much weight should i have/should i reduce so that my height and weight are in correlation.. What diet??

height is 5 7 than your weight should be 65 kgs . first drink lot of water in the early morning so that you can clean your stomach . until you finish your bowl action dont take coffe or tea you do some yoga and go for walking . have green vegtables with half boiled fresh fruitsshould betaken you can reduce your weight with in 2 months first you need will power you can do miracales withyour body any way
