you can allow him browsing net selectively (while u keep eye on what he is browsing) at early age also, after all best informations are avilable on net.

There is no specified age for a child to browse net. I would advice that you know the maturity level of your child so be friendly with him and keep him updated on what is good for him and what is not. If you don't allow him to browse him on net he will be more eager to do so and may do the same without your knowledge. Remember today's children are more smarter than us.

you can allow your son to browse the net from the age of 10-11. however this is to be strictly done under your supervision. you can show him how to make his school assignments more interesting by using the knowledge available on th net. Both the good as well as the bad s available on the net. we need to guide our kids to choose what is right.

there is no fixed age..as soon as he is old enough to operate the machine...you must introduce him to the technology..these days many schools give homework and assignments that has to be searched from the net...but do make sure what he is browsing...install a filter on the system so that he can go to unwanted sites..otherwise sooner the better....these days, its good to be tech savvy..

your son can browse the net at any age, with some necessary firewalls in place, most children can use the net to browse safely and securely. all it requires from your end is to explain to ur son as he grows up about the perils and dangers of the net depending on his age more information needs to be given as he grows.
