yes.. it is a vital necessity for the well being of 'jachcha and bachcha' (mother and child) {spl. that of mother during the period of pregnancy)

yes,2 doses of TT are mandatory during pregnancy. 1st dose in 5th month and 2nd dose one month apart.

An injection of Tetanus Toxoid is recommended during mid-pregnancy (after 5 months) followed by another dose 30 days later. Please make sure that a quality product such as the one manufactured by Serum Institute of India is used.
