In todays time, especially in urban areas of the country where most of the parents are working, i dnt believe there is much of a problem if the parents give the child quality time, & teach him the right values from the very beginning. Even if one of the parents is with the child all the time, doesnt mean that the child will have a perfect upbringing. Its all about managing time.

This is a very delicate question. Generally, in many families, both mother and father are working. When they are working, naturally, the intimacy with the child reduces and it is true. When both are working, they should leave the child with their parents, which is a better option. Although there are many centers for the children, it is not adviseable to leave your child there. They will provide everything but not love and affection, which is required for the child from its parents. Even when they are working, they should try to be at home as long as possible to make the child feel good. They should read the mind of the child and when they find any difference in its attitude, the mother should change the timing of the job or shift to another job or even leave the job for the sake of the child. Normally, the child needs the mother always and the working women should try to be with the child after office hours.

THE UPBRINGING OF THE CHILD WILL BE GREATLY HAMPERED. FIRST OF ALL THE FRESH FOOD ON TIME WILL BE DENIED TO THE CHILD. ALSO CHILDREN NEEDS LOT OF CARE AND ATTENTION. THIS IS USUALLY THEY GET FROM THEIR MOTHER. A WORKING MOTHER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE THEM PROPER CARE AND ATTENTION.

it all depends upon the attention and care they give to the children which becomes a tuff task when both are working. but it is not completely true that working couple can't grow their kids like others who choose to sacrifice their work(one of them) for kids. its difficult but not impossible to upbring the kid while working.
