Well it isnt a good idea. Chance of getting hurt are higher. It is better to give toy cat with soft sot material.Be Happy &Keep Lovin...No, it is not safe to gift a three year old with a cat. A cat though small, furry and playful tends to instinctively scratch and may also cause respiratory problems for the child.
