....Dear Janaki,Ingredients: 1 cup raw Brazil nuts 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 tbsp butter 6 ounces about 1 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate chips 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tbsp powdered sugar. In a small bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks begin to form. Gradually beat in brown sugar; stir in nuts. Spread over the top of the warm crust. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer
