Why are two witnesses who are women, equivalent to only one witness who is a man ? Is it fair and universal ? so why islam does not change its mysogenist trend?

The world is male chauvinistic. Did any man commt Sati when his wife died? Only women were expected to commit Sati when her partner died. Hinduism was no superior when it comes to male chauvinism? Men were allowed to marry more than one woman. Except Draupadi ( That too was an exploitation by the men due to compulsion of circumstances) is thre any other woman permitted to marry more than one man? Kya Keshto Bhai aap kahan ho?
