Should not elder leaders be respected and a council of elders be formed to guide young leaders in chair? is not old leaders blesssing,guiding and protectig?

this world is moving because old changeth with the young. Young works with his seniors and gets experienced and young has new ideas as well. As the society is dynamic it goes on changing itself subtly as it progresses.If the leaders after getting old remains there the young will never get chance to implement his new ideas as after sometime the old ideas become obsolete and need replacement with new ideas.

what difference is it going to make if Prakash Singh Badal is going to sit in the elders' council and his son in the youngsters' brigade? For that matter Farroq abdullah and Omar abdullah, Karunanidhi and MK Stalin, Sharad Pawar and his daughter, Pratibha Patil and her son and so many. Indian politics has come to be ruled by dynastic succession. As long as Nehru khandhan is in the helm of affairs this malady will not end. Fathers and mothers guiding and protecting sons and daughters. What type of change you are foreseeing my dear friend from your novel idea?
