not at all, criminals/terrorists/corrupt politician are roaming around freely why salman should be goto jail. But I think he should feel sorry publicly for breaking law and some financial penalty should be imposed on him that money can be used for child education/charity.

if he has done it , she should be put behind the bars. salman is having a celebrity status and this is having impact in positive and negative way both. we must not be carried away with his status but should see how a judiciary system treats a common man.
