This should not be allowed . There should be an andolan to stop this wastage of taxpayers' money which otherwise can be spent for aleviation of poverty or for infrastructure development. Why BJP Government did not stop this I am at a loss to understand. Again an eye on minority votes? After doing this congress calls itself a secular party?
