Is the declaration of Nepal as republic a victory for people? Please react!

yes definitely, democracy will build the nation and nepal will certainly flags up...I have seen and observed the situation in Nepal since their first tryst with democracy in early nineties. They should not celebrate so boisterously as i dont see any success of democracy in Nepal. Nepal is a small country and it can ill afford frequent elections as i am sure the multi party system in Nepal would force elections
