If there is some issue then u can go to police station and lodge a FIR and they do the follow up with them.
else pay to some one in the call center of that mobile company.
but frankly, your legal options are nill, unless you go and complaint you cant get any thing, and even after FIR, only police will be getting the details, you will have to take it from them.so u simply cant get the details legally
