It depends on how long u have been smoking. See, there is no particular way of quitting smoking, its always hard to quit smoking, b'coz u have built up a habit and habits doesnt go away soon. First keep a count on the number of cigarettes you smoke and then decrease it time to time, for example if u smoke 10 cigs a days, next week make it eight, then other week 6 and so on. And try to stay away from your friends who smoke, because if u see them smoke u will be more tempted to smoke too
