My all time favorite Classic Movie is BAATON BAATON MEIN.
A 1979 Romantic Comedy Movie that was directed by Basu Chatterjee.
The film had Amol Palekar and Tina Munim as their leading pairs.

What knowledge must should be to become a programming language expert.

To become expert in programming language you should have good
grasp in Mathematics because that will come in handy when you need to create logic for the program.So one should be good in Logical thinking and in mathematical aptitude.
You should be good in algorithms too.
Other than this most importantly you need to have a excellent knowledge of C programming language.Thats from where the programmer begins his journey in Software Industry.
But One should not restrict himself to C language only,you should have a good grasp over other languages as well like C++,JAVA,J2EE etc.Database is another field where you should have a good comand.Java ,Database & .net all are popular technologies that have a high requirements in software field.
Now,It is up to each individual to decide in which field he is better of.

Software is a growing industry,so to remain expert in this field one should update himself with newer technologies.

I think it is one of the blackest moment of the cricketing history.Kumble was right to say that there was only one team who played with good spirit.I think even the Australians fan would not be happy the way the match was played by their own team.
Australians bowlers failed to break the defense of ganguly and dravid,so umpires has to intervene to help australia get them out.
It was utter nonsense that how an umpire could take a decision consulting a player(ponting) whose own intrigrity in the match was doubtful.
The same man didnt walked out when he knows that he has nicked the ball in the 1st innings.
Remember,earlier at the ODI series in India,ponting had said that batsman should walk when they know they are out.
Nyways ,two much has been said about umpiring decisions and australian players conduct on the filed.
We should not forget that india batted poorly in the 2nd innings,yuvraj countinued his poor run and failed to open his account ,so was jaffer.If not enough,Dhoni has also been flop with his batting.
Its time india should look seriously in their shortcomings,and think by brain not by heart takeing some harsh decisions

Well! If you are a beginner then i would recommend you-
Programming with C++ by Balaguruswamy.
This is the best suitable book for beginners.
But for more depth reading you can follow- C++ Reference by Herbert Schilld.

I think he should be and will be dropped for accommodating Harbhajan singh in the team.
India have lots of option in opening department like Irfan ,Dravid and Laxman.
So i think Jaffer should be dropped from next test

Well there is an IT boom happening all around the world and there is a large demand of fresh talents in the market especially in India. BCA is a good course to start your career with but i would strongly recommend you to go for MCA after completing BCA.Because that will put you in the same threshold as B.Tech. And of course you can expect huge salary!
