Is the smoking ban a first step in right direction ?

Yes it sure is even if we have a smoke free zone or reduced number of smokers because of this it is going to make a hell lot of difference to all of us. We get more cleaner and fresher air to breathe those of us who choose not to smoke but end up being passive smokers will not be compelled to inhale smoke. Will do a lot good for the environment.

Your question actually got me thinking. ...... I can't sit confined to a chair for a long time. Usually makes me rest less and I move a lot. Difficult to imagine how a person who is compelled to sit in a chair must deal with it. Well I have not yet come across anyone who is in the hot seat for life. But I would respect them a lot.

Yeah it would be good if it is banned. I mean the thing is no good and does a lot of harm. But with tobacco giants pulling in so much money I don't see it happening. It' s good though that we might get a smoke free zone some begining.

Hey Mickey to keep fit u don't need to spend a lot of money. You need to eat healthy and exercise daily.
For exercise you could go for a brisk walk or a jog u would just have to invest in a pair of good jogging shoes. There is another option of skipping or swimming where u would require a skipping rope which
is pretty cheap or join a local swimming club.
As far as eating is concerned healthy eating is going to save u a lot of money coz u need to cut down on eating out, avoid junk foods, cold drinks, sweets chips and processed foods like biscuits. Instead u have home cooked foods with lot of salads and fruits through the day. Aslo avoiding fried foods saves the money u spend on oil and butter. Keep fit all the best

to Shed the extra weight you need to start exercising. It is very simple to lose it you need to use it. Exercises such as brisk walks, jogging and cycling are good eventually you can graduate to a gym. Well only exercising will not help u also need to follow a right diet. Have more of sprouts, Salads, fruits vegetables avoid fried foods and junk foods.
