Hey Mickey to keep fit u don't need to spend a lot of money. You need to eat healthy and exercise daily.
For exercise you could go for a brisk walk or a jog u would just have to invest in a pair of good jogging shoes. There is another option of skipping or swimming where u would require a skipping rope which
is pretty cheap or join a local swimming club.
As far as eating is concerned healthy eating is going to save u a lot of money coz u need to cut down on eating out, avoid junk foods, cold drinks, sweets chips and processed foods like biscuits. Instead u have home cooked foods with lot of salads and fruits through the day. Aslo avoiding fried foods saves the money u spend on oil and butter. Keep fit all the best
