hi Amit as per my knowledge in limted attempts it useful and beyond the limits which are normal it is reducing the fertility. it is proved medically. Illness due to Masturbation is only Psychological. as sometimes u go through the certain magzines and find that u r getting same adverse effects as illustrated by them in magzines.
