Why we fall in love ?

Love is an ardent feeling of passion, emotion, romantic desire and attraction of a person toward a person (may be a boy and a girl or a man and a woman). Love is based on understanding, confidence, faith and trust.

However, it is not mysterious why people fall in love. From time immemorial people are in pursuit of love, pleasure and peace.
Through love people want to live a meaningful life peacefully. When in love they want to enjoy their happy moments and share their odd and difficult times. With this end in view people love other sex and get married.
There are many reasons why we fall in love. We are social being. We do not live for ourselves alone. Rather we cannot live alone. We want some body to share our feelings, pleasure and sorrow of lives. They are called friends. A friend is a channel of love and affection. Friendship means a relation between two or more. All of them are with similar interests, mutual respect and known intimately one another. Therefore, a strong attachment grows between the friends. And that is why we fall in love.

What ever may be the reasons, the primary factor for falling in love is to obtain happiness and pleasure from love.

You are not hundred per cent correct my dear. In love all people always do not hurt or get hurt. There are few only whose love is not based on trust gets hurt and pains.
If love ends in pain then should call it a love; it is just temporary attraction, an infatuation.
I do not agree that love ever leaves pain or suffering. Because, existence of love is true celestial, divine. To see its power and divinity, you have to come out from the narrow interpretation of love.
Love is an impulsive instinct comes with birth. There is no age bar for love. Infant, child, adolescents, youth, husband-wife, father, mother, grand-pa, every body has this element.
But manifestation of love differs in various ages and stages. Without love the world of human being and also the animal world cannot exist.
Love grows after knowing and understanding each other, sharing of feelings and true commitments to each other. Love exists on confidence, security and trust.
But when love is based on a weak foundation, like misunderstanding, lack of confidence and infidelity, insecurity and mistrust love becomes momentary. It pains most time. Those pains and sufferings may be like
1. Misunderstanding between the two.
2. Feeling insecurity.
3. Indulging in disloyalty and escapism.
4. Breach of trust which may direct to doubt, suspect, disbelieve and be distrustful.
5. In extremity of suffering may show the way towards break in relation, a divorce.

To come out of probable pains guard the above factors.

To get a true friend in real sense of the term is not easy.
Apparently all friends seem to be true; but they are not. Most of the friends do not understand what a true friendship means. Etymologically the term friend denotes a companion. But when we talk of friendship we mean much more than that. Friendship is a co-operative and supportive behaviour of two or more persons.
Aristotle said about friendship as “A single soul dwelling in two bodies”.
Friendship means common interest, affection, strong attachment to each other, loyalty, love, respect, and mutual respect and trust. It involves a sense of caring and concern to each other, a desire to see each other’s growth and development. However, true friendship never expects any thing in return.
Finally trust is life essential of true friendship. Where trust is lost in friendship, every thing is lost.
In short to become a true friend both should
1. Know intimately and understand each other.
2. Be frank to share each other’s problems, difficulties and sorrows.
3. In case of any doubt in mind, express it.
4. Love each other from the bottom of heart selflessly.
5. Take advices & help at the time of need.
6. Never leave either one alone at the time distress.
7. Listen to each other.
8. Do not discuss anything bad of others.
9. Don't be so much possessive.
10. Be sincere and committed.
11. Let your partner have confidence on you.
12. Take care of fidelity.
13. Be careful of each other’s security.
14. Be trustworthy to each other.

Konda, you are a new member to Ibibo. You are welcome.
You are a student. I appreciate your endeavour to get pocket money. If I am correct you an Engineering student. If it is correct, probably you would not be given much time for a part time job.

If you have a knack for net and can spare 3 to 4 hours a day, I may give a suggestion. That would give not only pocket money; a good balance also. Since you are a member of ibibo, you continue for some time in this forum. This is also a platform of multifarious activities like questions, answers, blogging, opinion making etc. Involve in those activities yourself. I appreciate for your honest confession my dear. Although it is late, still it is good that you realize now. Loss of interest in studies means you have lost your concentration of mind towards study. That is why whenever you sit for study your mind gets diverted towards some other regions. It happens because;
1. Your mind is full of those thoughts, feelings, beliefs etc. leaving less space for study.
2. It happens due to lack of interest on study.
3. Many times small awful, indistinguishable excitements, sentiments, emotions, feelings get accumulated in mind with or without our knowledge. Then the mind becomes workshop of evil, irrelevant thoughts. It creates only worries.
4. Individually one such thought can not harm. But once more number of such feelings accumulated, all of them can create a hell of disorder in your mind. Then you will not be able to concentrate on study.
In addition to those narrated above there may be other reasons for such instability in your mind. Analyse those within yourself if you find and try to rectify them.

But study needs full concentration of mind. To concentrate you will have to;
1. Make your mind free of any other stress, strain and pressure.
2. You should believe that this period is very precious for you. One mistaken or unfastened step may chatter your whole life-journey.
3. Be convinced in yourself that without a good result, you will be no where. Even your to day’s best friends will abandon you one day. You will have to establish your career by dint of your own efforts.
4. No one can help you, if you cannot help yourself. There is no short cut way for growth of a student except hard work.
5. Go for a regular walk in morning and in evening possibly in fresh air.
6. For stability in mind, do prananyaanam regularly at least for a period of one moth. It will bring back your confidence.
One thing finally, henceforth, do not discuss with any body about your disinterest in study. Except laughing in your back, no body will help you either. It is you, who will have to have your own stand win in life.
Once you gain your confidence, the next fine morning, you will find a new and a different ‘Dilip’ in you. With best of luck.

There are some girls who are by nature talkative. But one thing is correct that she would be talkative with known people particularly with friends and peers.
If she is your friend or well-known then

1. You may tell about her nature. If she your friend and familiar she should not mind for that.
2. When she starts talking, you keep silent, absolutely silent. She would the enquire with you intermittently whether you are hearing or not. Then you reply her to make short. She would get the message and cut short her speech.
3. Before leaving the phone you ask her whether you can talk. Probably she would realize her dealing with you.

Love is a celestial impulsive instinct and inborn element of human. Love is noble, selfless, and self-sacrificing. Apart from physical attraction, attachment and fragrance of sex, love has wider and moral sides too.
Infant, children, adolescents, youth, husband, wife, father, mother, grandpas, every body do have this celestial element of love. However, we should not confuse the boundaries of love. Love to each other is divine. It is nearer to God. That means, there is love in this world. Sometimes, due to misinterpretation or misuse of ego or self poser, we are misled and detracted from the golden meaning and path of love.

Love has a wider range. Apart from the true love narrated above, there is another dimension of love. That is an element of feelings of passion between two persons (boy and girl, man and woman). It grows after knowing and understanding each other, sharing and caring each other’s feeling. In fact, there is no established formula to acquire such love. That love requires vision and approach towards life. Both should be acceptable to each other. In this love, lover does not expect anything in return, except love.
The important element in love is confidence. Confidence gives security and trust. Trust is most powerful and important aspect in love, attraction, admiration and marriage. When trust is lost everything lost.

Most of us confuse about the basic concept of love. Love is always true. Love cannot be false. Therefore, basically there is no difference between love and true love. It is only we, who make a perceptional difference in defining love.
Love is based on knowing and understanding each other and love with confidence and trust is ever lasting.

Dave, good works do not cast shadow. So your question is confusing. A good work of a man gives a ray of light, a beam, a glow.

If you really meant that then yes our good works help us in rectifying bad things in later life.

1. Basically culture and heritage conscious.
2. They are mostly exploited for domestic jobs.
3. They are submissive.
4. They respect the bond of their societies.
5. They are mostly dependent.
6. They are conscious of self respect.
7. They are more or less contented.
8. They are God-fearing.
