There is a common misbelief that symathy helps whereas one doesnot need sympathy, what one needs is strength a mental strength and a confidence that all is fine. one needs to understand that inspite of a Tsunami nature recreates another world and a sickness removes the negativities of life.

When you get up in the morning chant Om GanGanpataye Nama. Try to worship Ganesha with Darbha grass and keep on chanting Om Ganeshaya namaha.In your daily routine offer red sandal paste,flowers, incense, the light of burning and camphor

Above all offer it with Shraddha and bhakti
