KapalBharti is performed before taking any food by sitting upright in squating position. Put your hands on knees. Hold your breadth and close your eyes. Now thrust your breadth in witha stroke so that your belly gets sucked in and alomost touches your spine. Hold in this position as long as you can with ease and release it out with the same force. Repeat this min 15 to 100 time or duration 10 minutes to 30 minutes daily.
You can not do this lying on bed. You will master the technique with practice. very good stress buster and fitness Yoga posture.

You can do pranayama it does not involve hips. Do mild exercises with least hip movement. Lie down on bed and raise one leg at a time alternately and keep in air for a few seconds.

Flexes & abducts thigh, rotates thigh medially,
Stabilizes knee and trunk. All muscles require adenosite triphosphate(ATP) as a source of energy to work. Some of ATP is stored in the muscles and is readily available. In absence of ATP muscle fatigue occurs which is a temporary situation and after a rest of about 20 to 30 minutes the muscles generate enough ATP to work again.

Plz dont worry. All men have prepuce or foreskin covering the glans(tip of penis). It should not be an area of concern. The fore sking is removed in case of Muslims and christians.

This is because of suppression and the way they are brought up. Sex is still regarded as a off limit thing for women in Indian household. But is some liberated women its not the case. It all depends upon one's perceptions as well as the attitude.

55 Kg is not so less of weight. You should include more proteins in your diet, drink atleast 2 glasses of milk per day. Do exercise regularly and brisk walk for 45 minutes to keep yourself in shape as you increase weight.
Eat atleast 6 bananas per day, a glass of fresh seasonal fruits n vegetables juice.
Eat smaller meals but frequently like gorge on something every 2 hrs.
