The first thing is to reduce stress in your life.
Review your diet pr operly....
Start having 3 egg whit es with one egg yellow everyday, as omelette or boiled.
If u r a vege tarian, substitute with cottage che ese .
Take a protein supplement tw ice a day.
Vit., Zinc and calcium deficiency also causes hair loss... Take Vit. supplements.
Drink lots of water.
Try and do some sort of exercise everyday, even if for just 20 mins. The blood circulation wil l improve. Also, do deep breating e xercises when u get up, lunch time, and before going to sleep.
Change your shampoo...use a baby shampoo for some time.
If you shampoo your hair everyday, don't.
Alternative ly, Keep your scalp clean...
Wash your combs regularly.
If you have dandruff, cure it first.
try and o il your scalp atleast once a week, not too harshly, with fingertips go ing 1st in clockwise, then in anti -clockwise direction.
Massage anyw ays, twice a day.To keep dandruff a way, take a tablespoon of lemon jui ce with 2 tablespoon of coconut oil , massage it well on scalp and hair regurlary.Wash your hair with warm water.
Consume lots of fruits and green salads
Accept the fact that you are not 18 anymore...
Bedtime , lunchtime, wakeup time, chant-'Sa ndy is the Best for 5 mins.'
