My gfhas not got her periods and it has been delayed by 4 to 5 days now, we did a test by the pregnancy test kit and result were negative (not pregnant). ?

Of course the test is going to be negative as due to some hormonal problems she might have get her period delayed ... so there is no need to worry ...often such things happens...Take care...

Pregnancy depends on the fertilisation of the egg when an ovum get fertilised with a sperm then surely it is goin to make you pregnant but it is adviced not to go for the simultaneous pregnancy. if you have gone with an abortion because it takes some time to get heal for endometrium. So let it heal make yourself and your body stable and then surely go for it or you might get to face a missed abortion.

Yes absolutely you can start working with in 30 40 days....
jus take precautions :

Take proper food so that your both childs must get the proper nutrition from your brest milk so eat helthy and stay healthy as you are now responsible for 2 lifes

secondly you must start working from light work and then move to a tough job...

donot lift heavy wts for at least 3to4 mons.

and yes start moving as early as possible ...

copper-T is a IUCD(Intra Uterine Contraceptive Device) which is planted in the uterus of patient.
It is a T-shaped device and have copper on its wings which every time get relived and the sperms(coming from man) are killed and prevented to get ferilised by ovum(which is released from a womens ovary).
On ending the copper the copperT becomes useless thus then removed.
It has some side effects like pain in abdomen, spotting etc. such womens can remove it and can go for other methods of contraception.
