the aerobic exercises like walking and jogging are the ideal way to loose weight... also u can do the following exercises:
1. squatting with or without weights 30-50 cycles
2. quads that is walking like a duck with knee bent and the back straight is very helpful 8-15 cycles
3. extending the leg against resistance as a table 5-10 cycles
4. flexing the leg against resistance like wall 5-10 cycles
5. alternating contraction and relaxation of the thighs about 15-20 cycles... these exercises will help u to loose the extra pad of fat on ur thighs...
