Go for NOKIA 1200 and NOKIA 1208 they are good, reliable and would easily come in this much budget.

Try reformatting your computer. With the Windows CD. It'll remove all downloaded or added patches from your computer. If you are not using a genuine windows then i'll recommend you not to ever register it on Microsoft's website.

1. Keep inflation and oil prices in control.
2. Economic reforms in education sector, with genuine grants to them.
3. Look for Trade agreements with our neighboring countries.
4. Reform in taxation and income tax slabs.

Its needed a change as these days the inflation and high prices have rose to great heights and with that earning rs one lakh and then paying tax on it is somewhere not justifiable. There are other expenses of people too, like fooding, lodging, childrens education,etc. This makes the life much harder for an individual who is the sole earner of his family. i think it should be rose to 1.5-2 lakhs. with tax of 10 - 15 %
