Fungal growth in the OT means that there is constant leakage/seepage of water/moisture into the OT ceiling or walls. This is harmful to both the staff and the patient in the OT. First identify the source of water ingress into the OT and rectify this by reconstructing the walls and/or floor of the rooms adjacent or above the OT through which this ingress is taking place. Use water-proofing cement if reconstructing a roof or bathroom above ( to prevent future water ingress). Once this is done, make sure you use an anti-fungal paint to coat the areas that have been affected so that this can be avoided. Always make sure that the OT is dry and hygienic.

You have to find your purpose in life. What is it that is making you feel depressed? Find out the cause, then seek alternatives that will help you overcome any difficulty (real or imagined). For this take the help of close family members or good friends. Remember every problem has a solution, so make an effort to sort this one out. Life is a challenge and only the brave are rewarded, so be optimistic, positive and meet life's challenges. Just think, if you are running an office as you mention then so many people are depending on you ( you are not alone), so face the problems with courage and determination. Have you seen Jab we Met? Its interesting, we can learn a lot from it.

Forget the cause/reason of the earlier break-up. Go up to her and with all sincerity genuinely ask her to try and forget or forgive and agree to be just friends (without interfering in each others lives). A frank talk could put thing to rest once and for all. It is better to take a professional approach and keep the heart aside.

(General Packet Radio Service) GPRS pertains to service provided by Mobile technology operators such as GSM technology.
Since this question appears in the cars section, I suspect your query actually pertains to GPS (global positioning system)- which uses tracking technology with the aid of satellites to determine position of vehicles anywhere on earth. (Please clarify, as your next question relates to GPS).

These are available in high-end vehicles and certain commercial cargo vehicles. This device helps in keeping track of distance travelled, time travelled, expected fuel consumption, balance fuel available for the set trip, etc. Most GPS ( global positioning systems) devices used in latest vehicles have this feature and helps the driver to guage the above parameters apart from a host of other informations.

Under small and medium sized cars in the automatic transmission range you have Wagon R and Santro Zing to choose from. Though auto transmission is convenient for city use as one does not have to worry about shifting gears while driving, it could however turn out to be a costly affair as the car will run in lower gears on most city roads (hence higher fuel consumption) given the congested road conditions. If cost is not a prime consideration then you could test drive the above two models and decide for yourself.
