If both the parents (mother and father) are O+ then generally there in no harm to the offspring with relation to the blood type. ( the Rh -ve problem occurs when the mother has Rh -ve blood which is sensitized against Rh +ve from the developing fetus which results in the mother's body (blood) producing antibodies against the Rh +ve type and this could result in serious conditions to the fetus being carried by the mother (generally the first born usually escape the effects of this and if the second pregnancy is having the same blood type (ie; the fetus has Rh+ve blood then the mothers already sensitized blood will attack the fetus's blood and cause harm to it). If yours is not a consanguineous marriage ( involving a close relative) and if there are no genetic related problems in both your families then there is nothing to fear. Any qualified gynecologist will be able to guide you properly on this issue.
