"Regional Transport Office" This is a government body that issues driving licenses, vehicle registration numbers for new vehicles and re-registration numbers for vehicles being brought in from other states for use in a particular state; the RTO also has relevant details of the vehicles and their owners.

Is it better to buy a diesel car than a petrol car ? Especially in case of Swift / Dzire .?

If you are going to be doing about 80 to 100 kms per day then you could consider going in for the diesel car as it would be more economical, however if your daily travel is less than 40 to 50 kms then petrol car will suit your needs better as the overall maintenance cost will be less.

Fuel cell technology separately uses hydrogen and oxygen along with a catalyst to release electrical energy (that powers a motor for movement. One would require a great deal of energy/cost to first break H2O (water) into hydrogen and oxygen and then use this in the fuel cell thus making it non-viable commercially.

The main reason is to avoid immediate confrontation or controversy. However, it is always better to be truthful and sincere in such situations and to make a conscious effort to overcome the short comings and not repeat them in future. If one really cares for the other person, then it is desirable to accept the fault/short coming diplomatically and carry on rather than telling lies to cover-up.

Seeds are definitely living. in fact only the seed has the potential of infinite growth, ie; it is capable of carrying on the cycle of continuous procreation. Some trees are over a thousand years old and they are still continuing to produce seeds and procreate. One should learn life from the humble seed; it lies dormant till proper nourishment is received; it then germinates and against all odds pushes upward through the harsh soil/ground to come into the world; thoughout its life it serves others is various ways and replenishes the earth with vitally required oxygen and other natural resources; most importantly, it celebrates the cycle of birth throughout its life.

Man is essentially resistant to change, this is his inherent nature. In real life one gets used to and comfortable in routine as there are no surprises. Nothing is more true than the phrase -" do the same things and you will get the same result ". The fact of life is that one must continuously evolve in order to progress and become better. Hence, true development can take place only when one makes a conscious effort to improve and improvise. In this respect be like flowing water - if you cannot go above the obstacle, then go beneath it or around it. Always move forward- that should be the motto in life as well. In essence, welcome positive changes and strive to do things in a more better way.

Being a compact car it is easy to handle, run, and maintain. If your daily commuting needs are fixed and you do not travel great distance then you could consider this car for city driving/commuting.

It is better to become proactive and ensure that the job entrusted to you is done to the best of your ability. More often than not the problem arises when one is not sure of the job that to be done. In such cases one must ensure that complete understanding of the job is obtained from the superior and all justice is done in completing the task. Have patience and continue doing good work, sooner or later higher ups will notice the quality out put of the jobs done by you and appreciate your worth.
