First of all you need to get your blood pressure checked by a doctor. You need to get it checked at 3 different times and the doctor will assess if you need any medication to reduce blood pressure. Normally high blood pressure affects after the age of 40 years because of high cholesterol level in the blood and stress in the life. So try to eat less fat food, do exercise regularly, walk for 2km a day and relieve stress from you mind and yoga and meditaion is a good option for you to stay away from blood pressure problems.
