Permanent straightening is of two types - regular, which makes your hair look natural, and the Japanese rebonding process that makes your hair poker straight. Chemical applications and heat is used to break the surface of hair in an effort to straighten it out. Both ways are harmful and damage your hair permanently.

Due to the use of chemicals some of the hair cuticles remain open. When this happens, even combing or brushing hair can damage it causing hair fall and breakage."

Straightening, whether temporary or permanent, ruins hair texture and makes it rough. Hair becomes frizzier than normal. Straightened hair becomes weak and breaks half-way from the roots.

You can get back to being a toned shapely you with daily exercise, which improves your blood circulation and helps eliminate cellulite.

Walking, swimming, aerobics and cycling will help keep your legs strong, toned and shapely sans the cellulite.

So find out which type of exercise suits you best and stick to it.

In case you cannot do your regular workouts, then get a scrubbing sponge and scrub your body daily. This will help tone down your body muscles and get rid of dead skin cells too.

Some of you may find the dry sponge a little rough on your skin. In this case use a little cream and scrub your whole body with the sponge.

If you want to bleach your skin then these are a few steps you can follow:


Choose a mild cream by checking for the ingredients on the box. Pay attention to the Hydroquinone content in your bleach.
The amount of Hydroquinone - the main ingredient in bleaching creams - should be no higher than 2%. Any cream that has a higher percentage could have negative effects on your skin.
In case of sensitive skin seven to eight minutes of bleach is sufficient.
No bleach, no matter how mild, should be left on for more than 10 minutes.
If you are a regular user, bleach your skin every three weeks and no sooner.
