You can get back to being a toned shapely you with daily exercise, which improves your blood circulation and helps eliminate cellulite.
Walking, swimming, aerobics and cycling will help keep your legs strong, toned and shapely sans the cellulite.
So find out which type of exercise suits you best and stick to it.
In case you cannot do your regular workouts, then get a scrubbing sponge and scrub your body daily. This will help tone down your body muscles and get rid of dead skin cells too.
Some of you may find the dry sponge a little rough on your skin. In this case use a little cream and scrub your whole body with the sponge.
