I'm a student and I have a wrong sitting habit because of that I have a sometimes backpain. How can I overcome it?

You may have occasional back pains, which last a couple of days or you might have chronic pain. Lower back pains can be due to;

A muscle strain.
Bad posture or due to lifting heavy weights (even a large bucket full of water.
Strain during sports like squash, badminton or tennis.
Obesity (slack abdominal muscles).
Degenerative discs, spinal disc herniations and other congenital abnormalities.
Try not to lift anything heavy. If you have to, then squat and pick it up instead of bending.
Exercise regularly but avoid straining your back.
Always maintain a good posture. If you slouch, this can cause back pain. If you have to work for long hours at your chair, get one that has good back support.
Avoid standing or bending for too long. This can strain your back a lot.
It is very important to sleep on the right mattress. Get one that is not too firm or too soft. Use a pillow to support your neck.
Maintain a healthy weight. Obesity can cause immense back pain. So work on shedding those extra pounds.

Practice meditation to improve your concentration and as far as your eye sight is concerned include lot of green vegetables and fruits in your diet

Temporary straightening is done with a pair of straightening tongs. The device applies heat to hair to straighten it. Your hair may look great immediately, however the heat weakens hair and makes it dry and brittle. The excessive heat also causes dandruff and hair fall.

Permanent straightening is of two types - regular, which makes your hair look natural, and the Japanese rebonding process that makes your hair poker straight. Chemical applications and heat is used to break the surface of hair in an effort to straighten it out. Both ways are harmful and damage your hair permanently.

Sandalwood paste cools and lightens your skin.
Potato peels have antioxidant properties and it also whiten the skin.
Grated, peeled or mashed cucumber is cooling and is a good skin lightener.
A combination of almond and sandalwood paste is also good for tans.
Apart from these external beauty masks, eat healthy and bright coloured foods such as pomegranates, carrots, etc. These are rich in antioxidants and help you fight the damaging effects of sun.

Reduce your salt intake
Exercise at least four times a week.
Reduce stress. A simple thing like mediation and yoga can help you reduce stress.
Completely cut down on smoking. Any form of tobacco should be avoided. Even a little bit is enough to increase your blood pressure.
Alcohol. While drinking small amounts of alcohol once in a while does not cause any harm, make sure you do not exceed limits.

Remember to shampoos your hair regularly. It cleans your hair and removes all the dirt from it.
Regular trimming ensures that you are rid of split ends.
Condition your hair as it moisturises your hair and prevents it from drying.
Use a good quality serum to protect your hair from dust and sunlight.
Drink plenty of water to nourish your hair growth.
When using hair products, it is important to realise that they are hair products. So, you don't need to massage them on your scalp!
All types of conditioners and oil need to be washed off. Leave-on conditioners are silicon based; they have water as an ingredient and are thus less harmful.
Stay away from hair extensions. Sudden weight on the roots will make them weak and cause hair fall. If you want long hair, grow it naturally!
All said and done, regular shampoo, cut and styling products are the three things that make a haircut look good. Moreover your hair will look good only when it is healthy, so eat healthy and stay natural!
