I have been reading all your questions.I am seeing that you r pretty confused.See, for losing weight you have to have a combination of several things. First of all start believing that u can slim down. With right attitude every one does slim down. U need to exercise a little, starve a little, eat lightly cooked and simple food most of the times and most of all remain happy always. Dieting does not mean, not eating icecreams or choclates or fried food. Dieting only means that do not eat too much of fried, sweets or high cholestrol foods and always eat little. I wuld rather suggest that one can rather eat 5-6 meals the whole day but dont fill yuor stomach. But one thing everybody has to do and so will you too. PHYSICAL WORK! If u have a garden dig it man! Or go Cycling! Or better still.Just WALK.Eat lots of carrots, raddishes, beans(cooked lightly)apples ,Karela, louki,tori, tomatoes etc and see the difference.U can continue eating rich fried foods and sweets but eat little. Just to please yourself.Not more.And believe me there is no better exercise than walking and deep breathing.walking will good shape to every part of your body.
