Do you agree with the outcome of the vote in the Indian parliament?

Asked by anjana kumar in News & Current Affairs at   4:28 PM on July 23, 2008

vanmathi.m's Answer

Whether we agree with the outcome or not what difference is it going to make as the members of the lok sabha have already given their verdict? Moreover, in a democratic set up once an issue has been settled by voting even the Apex Court will not give a ruling contrary to the verdict. It is in way, a very good outcome as the UPA is out of pressure tactics politics by the left and can go ahead with their eceonomic reforms agenda. The way the UPA was stumbling like jokers when the great economists are in the helm of affairs was testimony enough for the leftists applying brakes unnecessarily. Now it is good riddance and the country can breathe fresh air.

Many are like that.

how did you spend yester day?

Asked by santosh in News & Current Affairs at   11:41 AM on February 23, 2008

vanmathi.m's Answer

I had gone to Religare Securities Ltd., branch and did some online buying and selling. Yesterday was my first day. Not bad, no big profit but I made some money, no loss. I spoke to an old friend of mine. She asked me to book a train ticket for her sister online. I did it and went to nearby browsing centre to take a prinout of the ticket as I don't have a printer in my house. These two things took nearly 60% of my day yesterday.

do you think that raj thakre is doing good thing for maharashtra by doing fight against bihari peoples?

Asked by ANIKET in News & Current Affairs at   7:30 AM on March 08, 2008

vanmathi.m's Answer

No. Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru divided this country inot linguistic islannds and this man Raj is trying to dismember this country in the name regionalism. Biharis are from the land of the Gangetic Palins. They are a very good people. People like Lalu have ruined thier source of livelihood in thier homeland. They come out to work as labour in other states. The big business and Industry is already sucking their blood and blood hounds like Raj Thackeray are after their lives. Let God be with them and save from this communal onslaught in the name of regionalism.

So many dead bodies are coming ashore near Rameswaram; in the name fighting LTTE Sri Lankan Govt is engaged in ethnic cleansing. How are we going to react?

Asked by 5Sindhu5 in News & Current Affairs at   10:05 PM on January 01, 2008

vanmathi.m's Answer

We sent our troops to Sri Lnka when they did not need us; neither the Sri Lankan Army nor the Tamils wanted us there. Now the Sri Lankan Government is engaged in genocide. In the name of fighting LTTE it is liquidating innocent Tamils who have no connections with LTTE. As a retribution we may send our trrops to that God orfidden island this time to save some valuable human lives under the aegis of the UN.
