Medicines are not beneficial cus height is eigther a genetic factor or food habits..
Do some stretching exercises of spine..
Do walking or jogging,tadasan..
Eat good protein diet like pulses,soyabean ..
Also depends on your age(boys-18) (girls-16) approximate age for increase in height..
