what is the easiest way to increase sexual stamina ? i m single yet and but sometimes i do self-stimulation and my orgasm come out very quickly.

To increase your stamina, you will need to exercise - like jog or walk. What you eat will also help. No oily foods or fatty things.

No, jogging for a few distance will not make you thin. If you have a good diet and jog, you will increase your stamina and retain your weight. I have known ppl who jog for 120km for fun. They get thin, since they do extreme exercise.

An easy way to increase your shoulder muscles is to take any heavy about 8 kgs or whatever is comfortable for you. Hold them on each hand by your side. Then raise them to your shoulder level. Do it slowly for 10 reps. Rest for 5-10 mins and do it again. To make a 5-8 kg weight - take a large plastic bottle. Fill it with water and then you got a nice cheap way to increase muscle. Hope this helps.

Losing weight should be a change in life style for you to permanently reduce it. You will need to incorporate exercise and healthy diet. When you exercise, go slow first for your body to get adjusted to your new routine. Eat lots of fruits and veg and drink lots of water to reduce fatigue. Start slow...

Shyam, increase your exercise program without decreasing your food intake. However, eat health foods. Exercise 3 days a week for a minimum of 30 mins - a long walk or a combination of walk-run will be perfect for you. The other days do Yoga or any stretching exercises. And then rest one full day to let your body recover. Hope this helps. If you are deligent, you will notice an improvement in 4 weeks.

Rajesh, to increase your stamina you can first start out with a walk-run program. Walk 4 mins, then jog 2 mins. Do this for two weeks and then Reduce your walk time and increase your jog time.
