I got a PAN card from IT. But i forgot the exact name (First, Middle and Last Name). Now I am facing problem while tracking it online. I have the PAN Card No.

what do you mean by sexually not fine?
he doesn't give you sexual pleasure or he is impotent or he is unnatural or what?
law recognises only few grounds for divorce as far as the physical aspect is concerned.u must file the case and not he.

it doesn't matter as to surname,the name on her crucial certificates like 10th,12th must not be changed,thats it.
